Hello, WEE-ers! It’s been a great couple of weeks since our last post -filled with fun new projects, silly moments of singing (and dancing!) and the addition of a couple of new faces to our WEE Teaching Artist family.
Mondays this fall were such a blast! Students flocked into the museum each week to explore the history of art and digital media. Here’s a brief look at what these classes were up to:

Our current exhibition at the Children’s Museum of the Arts showcases a visual encyclopedia of artworks by artist and MC, RAMMELLZEE, including life-sized costumes, masks, frescoes, figurines, videos and more.
CMA’s Summer Art Colony took a break from modern media this past week, having some fun with more traditional art forms. Making use of paint, clay, and wire, and more, each class learned how to use their surrounding world as a direct inspiration for their art. 103 Charlton Fine Arts turned the focus back
